Sumer 2011 {Florence + The Machine}

Summer isn't really complete without an outdoor concert. And I've had tickets to see Florence for months and I could hardly wait. It was a super fun night filled with really good music. She was amazing live! She was just prancing around barefoot in head to toe Gucci.

Packed Greek Theater in Bezerkeley

It was such a fun night, everyone was having a good time just vibing to the music.

Weekend

This weekend was too short. But it was great.

Friday: Shakira Concert with my sister, my dad got me tickets for my birthday and my sister and I had a blast!

Saturday: As I mentioned I watched the Giants win against the Phillies, with my friends!

Sunday: Lounged about doing homework here and there, and then my parents took my sister and I to the Pumpkin Patch. It was perfect because there was a light drizzle and there were mud puddles and it was totally fall. Next we went to Borders and I bought The Great Gatsby and The Help, which I can't wait to start. s a

Sweet Nothings

I finally have a working computer! Last night I was getting acquainted with my computer and had to upload all my pictures, and add the people and locations of the pictures. It was no easy task but I finished at 10 PM. And I can finally share some of the pictures from the baseball game my friend and I went to and the concert.

This was at the concert when Travie McCoy was preforming. I have no idea how he was wearing that beanie, it was too hot in there. The other picture is of my best friend Justine and me at the concert. We had such a good time.

These last pictures where at the baseball game, we have Lou Seal and a side glance from Tim Lincecum. These pictures were from much needed, I wish I could have put them with the event I was talking about, but nonetheless here they are!
Since I now have a working computer, I cannot wait to use some of my sisters itunes money and buy a bunch of new songs!
Just a few that I have in mind:
1. Cooler Than Me: Mike Posner
2. Airplanes: B.O.B with Hayley Williams)
3. Alejandro: Lady Gaga
4. Billionaire: Travie McCoy with Bruno Mars
5. Forever: Drake, Kanye West, Eminem, and Lil Wayne
I will be posting more frequently now so keep reading!

Put Your 3OH!3's in the air

Last night I went to the Too Fast For Love Tour, I thought that I would only see Cobra Starship and 3OH!3, but I also saw Travie McCoy, and I Fight Dragons. I Fight Dragons was the first opening act and played a couple of songs. However, some of the group members weren't playing actual instruments, they were playing a guitar hero guitar, what looked like a DDR mat, and game console controls. It looked like they were playing video games at first but then they explained that the buttons played sounds. Which was cool, don't get me wrong, but they probably should have explained that at the beginning not at the very end. Travie McCoy was great, definitely a great surprise. For those that don't know he was also part of Gym Class Heroes, and he currently has a song out called "Billionaire". He did a phenomenal job and really got the crowd amped. And if that much energy wasn't enough, 3OH!3 got in there and tore it up. Those guys were all over the place, jumping, dancing, and screaming. It was insane!
Cobra Starship was the finale, and they preformed excellently, and I developed a tiny crush on Gabe Saporta (the lead singer). The crowd went wild for them, and it got really crazy when people started jumping up and down, the balcony where I was sitting was moving up and down. I got quite dizzy. It was a really great night, my friend and I had a great time!

This summer I vowed to get back in shape, as I have been putting it off for 3 years! So hopefully I will be able to do what I set out to do, but we'll see by the end of the summer how that turns out.
My friend, Justine, and I have been wanting to take trapeze lessons for some time now, but we always forgot about it. But a couple of days ago I told her that I had found a place where we could take lessons and she said she had just looked at the same place. So we knew that it was meant to be. And then we continued looking to see what class we should take and we both agreed that we would take the Aerial Conditioning class. This class is so we can physically prepare ourselves for the actual trapeze class. And we looked at some reviews and found out that this class was going to kick our butts and get us into great shape. For me its not only a great way to get in shape, but an opportunity to do something different and hopefully something I will be passionate about. I also hope to take some classes at Core Pilates On 17th. I am trying to be very serious about this but it is hard to get rid of bad habits once you've practiced them for so long. But I can try!

Have a fun and safe Memorial Day Weekend !
