Last Night/ Today

It's hard to stay focused on school work when you know there are so many other things you'd rather be doing. But then you get a teacher nagging you constantly to stay involved and engaged... and it almost makes me not want to engage (just to make somebody cranky).

I am currently (or last night) was trying to create a somewhat nice looking fishtail braid... update: we failed miserably :) For dinner I had crab cakes; they were good, despite a slightly bitter parent. I am replaying Cosmic Love by Florence + The Machine. I am hurting because we have no couches at home right now, since my mom ordered new ones, and my back hurts because I have to crouch over my computer. I am looking forward to the weekend because the Juanes concert is on Saturday!! My next free time read will hopefully be Sarah's Key by Tatiana de Rosnay. I intend to create a list of many, many books to read before college and read them all! I am proud of myself for doing alright on my physics test that I for sure thought I would fail.
