Keep Walking

Yesterday I walked 16.5 miles. It was sunny, I was sweating, it was long, I was hurting, I am in pain. When I signed up to walk with my friend I thought no biggie I got this. But after a while my feet were hurting, then my knees, and legs. Going to bed last night was unbelievably difficult because of the shooting pains everywhere.
There is some good to this story: I walked enough miles for 3 days, I burned 3000+ calories, and I got to see some beautiful scenery.
