What's Eating You?

There are two parts in leading a healthy life: one part is exercising and the other part is eating consciously. i am no one to deny another cookie or the last bite of the cake, but in our day-to-day lives it is important that we feed our bodies the fuel they need to last the entire day. i found Keep It Skinny, a blog that features healthy and yummy recipes, this week and i instantly wanted to make everything i saw. i was pleasantly surprised to find more than just salads, and who knew that eating healthy could taste so good? Here are a few of the really yummy meals that i hope to make in the near future:
